Response to COVID-19
At Carepoint, the health and safety of our patients, employees, and partners is our utmost concern. We understand the uncertainty that you and your community may be feeling about Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). We would like to reassure you that Carepoint is committed to your well-being as this situation evolves.
At this time, all of our delivery partners are operating normally. We are not aware of any unexpected disruption to our delivery network.
We have implemented new sick time policies for our staff to ensure that any staff members are appropriately taken care of if they become ill and are limiting our contact center hours to allow our staff additional time to make appropriate preparations.
We have enhanced our cleaning schedule of all facilities and tested our disaster recovery protocols in case a quarantine order covers any of our dispensing locations.
Finally, we are working closely with our insurance and physician partners to ensure that all patient medication is processed quickly and that all refills are going out on schedule. Many of our insurance partners are offering early refill programs for patients in affected areas.
